报告人简介：
Dr. Yimeng Chen graduated from Tsukuba University with a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering in 2011 with research focused on laser-assisted field-evaporation behavior of oxide materials. He was a postdoctoral researcher at University of Michigan from 2011 to 2014 working on oxidation behavior and irradiation effects in metals and alloys. He is currently an Atom Probe Applications Scientist at CAMECA with an interest in broadening the applications field for APT.
